WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY

DaMeta1 is firmly committed to protecting, respecting, and safeguarding your privacy. We recognize that trust is fundamental when users interact with digital platforms, particularly within blockchain-based and metaverse environments. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is intended to clearly and transparently explain how DaMeta1 collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information obtained when you access, browse, or interact with the Services, Site, and Interface.

This Policy forms an integral part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Services through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms set out herein, you should discontinue use of the Services.

Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

WHAT TYPE OF DATA WE COLLECT?

DaMeta1 is designed to operate without requiring the creation of personal user accounts for standard interaction with the metaverse. As such, the data we collect is intentionally limited and proportionate to the operation, security, and improvement of the Services. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of information ("Data"):

  • Public Blockchain Data: If you choose to connect a non-custodial blockchain wallet to the Services, we may collect and record your public blockchain address and associated publicly available on-chain activity. This information is used to monitor activity patterns, ensure platform integrity, and assess potential security or compliance risks using reputable blockchain analytics tools. Public blockchain addresses are inherently public and, on their own, do not directly identify an individual.
  • Third-Party Data Sources: We may rely on trusted third-party service providers and analytics partners to assist with verifying wallet activity, identifying potentially illicit behavior, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations to DaMeta1.
  • Surveys, Feedback, and Voluntary Participation: From time to time, you may choose to participate in surveys, research initiatives, usability testing, or feedback programs. If you do so voluntarily, we may collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, or other details you elect to provide. Participation in such activities is entirely optional.
  • Communications: If you contact us through email, online forms, social media channels, or other communication methods, we may retain the content of those communications, together with any contact details you provide. This information is used to respond to inquiries, provide support, improve our Services, and meet compliance or record-keeping obligations.
  • Voluntarily Provided Information: You may, at your discretion, provide optional information (for example, an email address for inquiries). Any such information will be used solely for the purpose disclosed at the time it is collected. DaMeta1 does not attempt to associate voluntarily provided personal information with your wallet address, IP address, or other identifiers. Providing this information is entirely optional and not a condition for accessing or using the Services.
  • Cookies and Analytics Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and analyze how the Services are accessed and used. These technologies help us understand aggregate usage patterns rather than identify individual users. By continuing to use the Services, you consent to the use of such technologies in accordance with this Policy.

In addition, we may use third party analytics vendors to evaluate and provide us with Data about your use of the Services. We do not share your Data with these third parties, but these analytics service providers may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies on the Services and they may otherwise collect or have access to Data about you which they may collect over time and across different websites. For example, we use Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. Google provides some additional privacy options described at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
