DMU Token Transparency & On-Chain Governance
DaMeta1 is committed to building a secure, transparent, and accountable Web3 ecosystem.
This page provides a clear and public overview of how the DaMeta1 Utility Token (DMU) is deployed, governed, secured, and distributed on-chain. It enables community members, investors, auditors, and partners to independently verify key aspects of the DMU architecture using publicly available blockchain data.
This page focuses exclusively on on-chain transparency and governance structure. It does not describe token pricing, market performance, or investment outcomes.
Main Token Contract Architecture
The DMU token is implemented as an ERC-20 smart contract deployed on Ethereum mainnet. The contract was deployed by a company-controlled deployer wallet with no ownership retained or assigned. As a result, the DMU token contract is fully ownerless and immutable.
This means:
- No wallet or entity can pause, upgrade, or modify the contract
- No administrative or emergency functions exist
- No additional tokens can ever be minted
The token logic is permanently fixed on-chain and publicly verifiable.
The contract address is listed in the Public Contract & Wallet Address Reference section below.
Token Deployment Wallet
A dedicated deployment wallet was used solely to deploy the DMU token contract.
- It does not own the token contract
- It has no post-deployment permissions
- It does not hold treasury or operational funds
After deployment, this wallet has no authority over the DMU contract and exists only for historical and verification purposes.
Token Supply Generation & Finality
DMU has a fixed and final supply.
- The full supply of 5,000,000,000 was minted at deployment
- No minting or supply-altering functionality exists
- No inflation is possible under any circumstances
Immediately after deployment, the entire token supply was transferred to controlled multisignature wallets for structured distribution.
Multisig Custody & Distribution Governance
DMU token custody and distribution are governed through multisignature wallets, ensuring that no single party can move or allocate tokens unilaterally.
Multisig wallets are used for:
- Seed distributions
- Vesting contract funding
- Liquidity provisioning
- Ecosystem and operational allocations
Security Model
- All transactions require multiple approvals
- Signers operate using hardware wallets
- Multisig signers act strictly as custodians for distribution purposes and do not represent individual ownership of DMU tokens
Seed & Pre-Sale Distribution
DMU distributions during the Seed and Pre-Sale phases are conducted through approved on-chain mechanisms. Tokens are transferred from controlled multisignature wallets only as required for approved sales.
Seed Distribution
Launchpad-based Seed
- Allocations distributed via approved launchpads
- Participants claim tokens through the respective launchpad interface
- Vesting is enforced by the launchpad's smart contracts
Direct Seed Allocation
- Allocations distributed directly to approved investors
- Tokens are claimed on-chain via the official DMU vesting contract, either through Etherscan or supported interfaces
- Vesting logic is enforced fully on-chain
Pre-Sale Distribution
Pre-Sale allocations may be distributed through:
- Approved launchpads and/or official DaMeta1 sale mechanisms
- Claiming and vesting will follow the published schedules for the specific Pre-Sale round and will be enforced on-chain (via launchpad contracts and/or official DaMeta1 contracts)
In all cases:
- Tokens are transferred only as required
- Vesting follows the published tokenomics
- No manual or discretionary releases exist
Claiming is enabled at the Token Generation Event (TGE) or at a project-defined time, depending on configuration.
Vesting Framework
DMU follows a structured vesting framework designed to support long-term ecosystem stability.
- Partial unlock occurs at TGE
- Remaining allocations vest through periodic release cycles
Token Claiming Mechanisms
Token claiming is fully on-chain and permissionless.
- Launchpad participants claim via launchpad interfaces
- Direct seed participants claim via the DMU vesting contract on Etherscan
All claims:
- Follow predefined vesting rules
- Are publicly verifiable on-chain
- Require no manual approval
