DMU Token Transparency & On-Chain Governance
Transparent and verifiable on-chain governance for the DaMeta1 ecosystem
Overview
DaMeta1 is committed to building a secure, transparent, and accountable Web3 ecosystem. This page provides a clear and public overview of how the DaMeta1 Utility Token (DMU) is deployed, governed, secured, and distributed on-chain.
Purpose of This Document
Contract Deployment
How DMU smart contracts are deployed and verified
Multisig Governance
How ownership and custody are managed through multisignature wallets
Token Distribution
How token distribution and vesting strictly follow the published whitepaper
Independent Verification
How users, investors, auditors, and partners can independently verify on-chain activity
Security Assurance
All critical operations within the DMU ecosystem are governed through multisignature wallets controlled by KYC-verified core members, ensuring that no single individual has unilateral control at any stage.
Official Reference
This transparency page serves as the official reference for DMU's deployment, governance, and distribution framework.
Main Token Contract Deployment & Ownership
Initial Deployment
The DMU main ERC-20 smart contract Will be deployed on Ethereum mainnet.
Secure Ownership Transfer
For technical execution purposes, the contract may initially be deployed by a deployment wallet.
Immediately after deployment, ownership of the main token contract is transferred to and held under a multisignature wallet.
Ownership Control
Ownership of main contract remains under multisig control
No single wallet or individual has sole authority over contract
Public Verification
The DMU main token contract will be verified on Etherscan immediately after deployment and publicly accessible for independent review. The deployed main token contract will be consistent with the version audited by CertiK.
Multisignature Governance Structure
Secure Governance Framework
Ownership and custody of DMU tokens and all critical contracts are governed by multisignature wallets with the following structure:
Approval Requirements
Consistency Across Wallets
Same KYC-verified members participate across all multisig wallets:
- Main token contract ownership
- Vesting contract ownership
- Pre Sale contract ownership
- Staking contract ownership
- Main, Treasury, liquidity and other management wallets
Security Benefits
Hardware Wallet Security
All multisignature wallets are secured using independent hardware wallets operated by KYC-verified core team members.
Timelock Safeguards
Selected critical multisignature-controlled operations are subject to a minimum 24-hour timelock prior to execution. This additional safeguard is applied where appropriate to enhance transparency and reduce operational risk.
Public Multisig Disclosure
The following multisig wallet and signer addresses are publicly disclosed for transparency.

Pre-Sale Token Distribution
Pre-Sale Token Distribution
During the pre-sale phase, DMU tokens are transferred from the Main Multisig Wallet to approved pre-sale launchpads and the official DMU Pre-Sale Portal.
DMU tokens are transferred from the Main Multisig Wallet to:
Approved pre-sale launchpads
The official DMU Pre-Sale Portal
All transfers strictly follow the tokenomics and vesting schedules defined in the DaMeta1 whitepaper
No discretionary or off-plan token allocation is permitted
Pre-sale participants will later claim tokens according to the predefined vesting logic
Pre-Sale Contract Address
TBA – To Be Announced Soon
DEX Launch & Liquidity Provision
At the time of decentralized exchange (DEX) launch:
The initial liquidity pool (LP) is created on the selected DEX
Liquidity provisioning is:
Executed via multisignature approval
Publicly announced at launch
Liquidity creation transactions are fully verifiable on-chain
This process ensures transparent and auditable market initialization
Vesting Contract Deployment
The Master Vesting Contract is deployed at or around the time of DEX launch
Ownership of the vesting contract is assigned to the same multisignature wallet
Tokens are transferred from the Main Multisig Wallet to the vesting contract according to the categories and schedules defined in the whitepaper
All vesting logic is enforced on-chain and governed through multisig authorization Once all vesting categories are finalized and verified in accordance with the whitepaper, ownership of the vesting contract will be renounced to ensure immutability and eliminate future privileged control
Vesting Contract Address
TBA – To Be Announced Soon
Token Claim Mechanism
Token Claims
Token claims are fully on-chain and permissionless.
Early Investors & Team
Claim vested tokens directly via Etherscan, interacting with the vesting contract
Pre-sale Participants
Claim tokens through the DMU Portal, which interacts with the pre sale contract on-chain
Transparent & Auditable
All claims are transparent, auditable, and executed according to predefined vesting rules.

Ongoing Transparency & Future Dashboard
This page is a governance and transparency reference created to support audit, compliance, and community trust.
As DaMeta1 progresses through additional milestones, a dedicated DMU Transparency Dashboard will be introduced to serve as the single live source of truth for:
- Verified contract addresses
- Multisig wallets
- Signer details
- On-chain metrics
- Listing status updates
Once launched, the dashboard will reflect the most up-to-date information, while this page will continue to describe the governance framework and operational flow.
